At Martin Real Estate, we make the purchase or sale of your home on the Costa Del Sol an enjoyable and memorable experience. We do that through a personalised, friendly and responsive service, local knowledge and a professional and experienced team.
Our journey began when our founder Paul Martin worked here on the Costa Del Sol for an established real estate company and quickly achieved a personal reputation as a trusted Sales Professional providing excellence in Client support (see our testimonials page). In 2023, Paul decided to set up his own property company and since then, we've been on a mission to help our clients with all their property needs in a professional, transparent, dependable, and friendly way.
Our Story
The Martin Real Estates Team has a strong history in Customer Service, Sales, and support, in the multi-national and small business sectors in Ireland, Hong Kong, America, and Europe. Every team member has a strong ‘customer first’ belief and ethos. This belief drives everything that we do!
Our CEO/Sales Director Mr. Paul Martin, worked extensively in the wholesale retail sector in Ireland, managing the customer service and after-sales support experience for his independent retail clients, in a very demanding, challenging, and competitive environment. This customer service experience brought Paul to the Costa del Sol, where his professionalism allowed him to quickly be successful in the real estate sector.
After four successful years working in the industry here in Spain, Paul decided that it was time to set up his own company, where his ‘client-centric’ style combined with a thirst for excellence from the start to the successful completion of each property transaction would permeate throughout his new organization and become an essential part of the company culture.
