Welcome to Martin Real Estate, Costa del Sol! We make buying and/or selling your home in Spain as easy as possible. Our professional team is here to support you, every step of the way. At Martin Real Estate, we make buying and selling a home in Spain an enjoyable and memorable experience, with personal, friendly service and lots of local knowledge.  

Our journey began in 2019 when our CEO Paul Martin worked, here on the Costa Del Sol for a major real estate company. He achieved a great personal reputation as a trusted Sales Agent, providing excellence in Client support and a friendly personal touch. Check out our testimonials 

In 2023, Paul decided to set up his own property brand to sell properties all over the Costa del Sol. Since then, we've been on a mission to help our clients with all their property needs in a professional, transparent, dependable, and friendly way.

Paul Martin and his company helped us find a property around La Cala in late 2025 and we moved in very recently. Based very centrally in Calahonda, we gave Paul a very challenging brief - a 2 bed apartment with good outside space, having green / mountain views somewhere between Malaga and Puerto Banus with not many properties visible - all on a tight budget. Paul embraced this right from the off and gave us edited lists of properties to look at. With the feedback we gave him on them all, we were able to narrow down a very wide search area to something more manageable and then made 3 trips out to Spain over the months, as there's a limit to what you can do online. Throughout the lengthy period while we were looking, Paul was incredibly patient and helpful and even went above and beyond on a couple of occasions by doing video viewings of things just on the market. Once we had secured an apartment Paul even went to check just before completion that the vendor had left everything promised. All in all it was a great experience for us working with Paul, though he may hope for less picky clients in the future! We wish Paul success going forward and have no hesitation in giving him a top rating and recommending him to anyone trying to buy or sell on the Costa del Sol.

If you're looking for a property on the Costa del Sol, contact Paul, he's brilliant. Paul worked so hard to help us buy our property in La Cala, driving us to and from the viewings, some days up to 8 properties a day. He did his research to find out what our requirements were then paid attention to what we liked and didn't like about each property to help sharpen the focus on only showing us properties that suited us.

Paul is extremely knowledgeable about the Costa del Sol property market, he knows all the areas well and can tell you the positives and negatives about the areas. He even helped us get familiar with the area by showing us a few beach locations, beach bars and local restaurants.

A great bonus was that he was also able to connect us to a great lawyer who acted on our behalf to get our NIE number, open a bank account, transfer all the utilities into our name and complete the purchase of the apartment.

On top of that, he's a lovely guy which helps when you've got to spend a lot of time in his company.
