We were incredibly lucky to have found Paul from Martin’s Real Estate. I had randomly reached out after finding one of his property listings in idealista. He contacted my back within the hour and from the moment I shared our budget and requirements, Paul took care of absolutely everything. His advice, local insight, and professionalism were second to none.

I had booked a 4 day viewing trip for myself and my 6 year old daughter and let Paul know the dates and he kept in touch right up until the trip, providing valuable guidance and options to think about in advance. Pual ended up shortlisting more than 20 carefully chosen properties and lined up all of the viewings. It was a huge undertaking and very ambitious to squeeze so much into such a short trip but Paul was meticulous in his efficiency and organisation in lining everything up to make the most of the trip. We decided we wanted to relocate from the US to the Costa Del Sol & buy an apartment. After reading Paul's reviews we contacted him and we are so pleased we did. We told him what we were looking for prior to our arrival in Spain and once we met him he hit the ground running picking us up from our apartment every day and showing us everything in many areas. He was professional and extremely efficient and went over and above for us and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent.
