Our journey began in 2019 when our CEO Paul Martin worked, here on the Costa Del Sol for a major real estate company. He achieved a great personal reputation as a trusted Sales Agent, providing excellence in Client support and a friendly personal touch. Check out our testimonials 

In 2023, Paul decided to set up his own property brand to sell properties all over the Costa del Sol. Since then, we've been on a mission to help our clients with all their property needs in a professional, transparent, dependable, and friendly way.

We decided we wanted to relocate from the US to the Costa Del Sol & buy an apartment. After reading Paul's reviews we contacted him and we are so pleased we did. In the spring of 2022 we arranged to visit Paul Martin in order for him to assist us in finding a villa on the Costa del Sol. He was very efficient and friendly and helped us draw up a wish list and to prioritize our requirements. He drew up a list of suitable properties and arranged some house visits. On our first visit, we failed to find a suitable property, and we realized we needed to adjust our requirements or budget. We increased our budget, and Paul found us a long list of suitable properties while we were in the UK. He helped us narrow the selection and arranged for some property visits on our return to Spain. We found our dream villa on this second visit and purchased it. It became our house at the end of the summer of 2022. Paul guided us through the whole procedure and helped us speak to all the appropriate people. He conducted our negotiations and was very professional and efficient. Paul was very kind, warm and helpful, always honest, and never “pushy”. We would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a property on the Costa del Sol.
