In the spring of 2022 we arranged to visit Paul Martin in order for him to assist us in finding a villa on the Costa del Sol. He was very efficient and friendly and helped us draw up a wish list and to prioritize our requirements. He drew up a list of suitable properties and arranged some house visits. On our first visit, we failed to find a suitable property, and we realized we needed to adjust our requirements or budget.
